We are seeking a skilled developer to create an automated system for generating solar audit PDFs. This system will include a form for data input, perform necessary calculations, and send the generated PDF via email. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, PDF generation, and email integration. The Concept: Users will fill out a short form (name, email, address, average monthly electricity bill). The system should automatically: 1. Run some simple calculations (solar system size, savings, CO₂ offset — formulas will be provided). 2. Populate a pre-designed PDF template (you will help design Canva/Google Docs template). 3. Email the PDF to the user instantly. 4. Store the lead in a Google Sheet for follow-up. Deliverables -- Form setup (Typeform or Google Form) Google Sheet with formulas for calculations (we’ll provide the framework) Automation flow (Zapier or Make) to: Pull form data Run calculations Auto-generate PDF Email PDF to user Save lead into tracking sheet/CRM Integration with email (Gmail or SMTP) Documentation of how the system works Requirements -- Experience with Zapier / Make / Google Sheets automations Strong understanding of PDF generation workflows Ability to work with Canva API or Google Docs templates Clean, reliable setup (no fragile hacks) Good communication skills Nice to Have -- Knowledge of solar or energy industry (not essential, formulas provided) CRM integration experience Budget & Timeline -- Budget: $750 Timeline: 2 weeks for MVP delivery How to Apply -- Please include: Examples of similar automation projects you’ve built (PDF generation, lead magnets, etc.) Tools/stack you would use for this project (Zapier vs Make vs custom code). -- See attached brief for detailed information. ⚡ We’re ready to start immediately.
