I already have a basic workflow built. It integrates a form submission → triggers wat app messaging → logs activity into Google Sheets. That build works well, but now I need to expand and automate further. What I need: • Multi-channel messaging: Wat app + message with fallback logic if wat app is unavailable • Multi-language: English and Indonesian, duplicated across all sequences • Follow-up automation: • 24h follow-up: Wat app + message together for wat app leads or message only for message leads • 48h follow-up: Wat app or message depending on channel 72 follow-up: Wat app or message depending on channel • Template handling: Messages in both languages must be written, formatted, and submitted for wat app approval • Conditional logic: Correct branching for platform fallback (wat app → message), language choice, and timing checks at 24h and 48h and 72h • Testing: End-to-end testing of 4 flows (wat app English, wat app Indonesian, message English, message Indonesian) • Logging: Continue logging into Google Sheets for all flows Deliverables: • Fully working automation deployed and tested • Clear documentation on how to edit and update templates and adjust logic later if needed • Support with wat app business API approval process for the new templates What to include in your proposal: • Examples of similar multi-channel automation you have built (wat app + message with logic and follow-ups) • Preferred tools or platforms you would use (for example Twilio, Zapier, Make, API integrations) • Timeline estimate
