Seeking an Australian qualified Structural Engineer to create detailed structural drawings for the removal of a load bearing wall. The drawings need to meet Australian Standards and be able to be signed off by the Council. These drawings will be used to guide a builder in the construction process. May not have this 100% clear but: Single-storey house, terracotta tiled roof with solar panels Removal of load-bearing walls at T-junction, install LVL beams Beam Layout: Beam A – Main Beam Span: 4.0 m (wall to wall) Load: Roof + solar panels + point load from Beam B Masonry wall on one side, stud on the other. Beam B – Secondary Beam Span: 4.0 m Load: Roof + Solar Panels only Support: One end on wall stud, other end on Beam A 3/4 towards stud wall
