We are an established top AUSTRALIA recruitment agency looking for an Candidate focused Recruitment Operations Manager. We need a data-driven, strong communicator as our Recruitment Operations Manager to lead candidate software automation, coach a small VA team, and boost candidate responses. Hours: FULL-TIME Mon-Fri 4:30 AM–2:30 PM (if in South Africa) or 7am-4pm (if in Phillipines). Competitive base fee + uncapped bonus + paid leave in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. About Us We’re a high-energy recruitment team working in a competitive, candidate-tight market. Our focus is on proactive sourcing and outreach to deliver inbound candidate leads and convert them into engaged candidates for our clients. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to take charge of our sourcing and outreach processes. You’ll oversee a small but growing team, using automation software like dripify and linkedin and other tools to scale inbound candidate leads. Your job is to keep the machine running and constantly improving. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and train a team to maximise use of automation and outreach software. • Build dashboards and track KPIs to monitor performance and conversion rates with the VA team. • Continuously review processes to increase candidate response and conversion. • Proactively identify and implement improvements to outreach strategies. • Deliver regular performance updates to leadership and recommend actionable solutions. • Maintain high energy and resilience in a fast-paced environment, even during “dry” candidate markets. This role will be hands-on managing our candidate experience but also optimising processes and workflow with the VA team as you go. From working on setting up a candidate contact plan with quality candidates, to writing & responding to candidates on channels like Linkedin to encourage them to meet with our local Recruiters for a screening call. You will be very strong with English both speaking and most especially with writing and comprehension so that you can connect and message candidates to encourage them on new job opportunities. We require someone who with their exceptional english written communication skills can search, understand and comprehend candidate enquiries, source and write communication with candidates that meet the exact needs of what our clients look for. The remuneration package is a mix of base salary + high candidate placement bonus commission each quarter uncapped + many weeks of paid holidays leave. What We’re Looking For - Experience in recruitment operations or any involvement in talent acquisition management or recruitment VA - Tech Saavy and great with operating recruitment softwares, set up sequences and monitoring software dashboards for results, and knowledge of automation tools and candidate sourcing best practices. - Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting performance. - Attention to details strong to ensure candidate database is quality - Excellent training and coaching skills to upskill a team. - Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure. - Excellent communication skills to clearly explain performance metrics and improvement plans.
