About
Purpose
- We are excited to offer the role of an Associate Learning Designer.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a naturopath, pharmacist or allied health practitioner to take a step into industry.
- Drawing upon your technical knowledge, familiarity with especially the pharmacist audience, and skills in designing fit-for-purpose content, you will create engaging print and digital content used to educate and train especially our pharmacist customers about Blackmores and BioCeuticals products and the healing power of nature.
- This is a permanent, part-time (4 days per week) role where the individual will be working 2 days in office (either Surry Hills or Warriewood) and 2 days remote (from home). This role will be reporting to an Education Learning Design and Content Manager.

- What will you do?
- Produce digital education content – create micro-courses and related resources for pharmacy banner platforms and the BioCeuticals hosted e-program
- Produce training presentations – create PowerPoint presentations, facilitators guides, and related materials for use in virtual and face-to-face training of pharmacists and pharmacist interns
- Produce education reference tools – create a variety of print resources, including dosage charts, prescribing concepts, interaction guides, resource guides, product flyers, and infographics, to support the education of pharmacists and pharmacist interns
- Produce education videos – script and help edit ingredient, condition, and product focused videos for pharmacists and pharmacist interns
- Stakeholder collaboration – communicate and work well with internal staff in identifying education requirements and communicating best use of created resources
- Who are you?
- A qualified naturopath and/or pharmacist, or similar health care professional
- Have strong knowledge of both complementary medicines and pharmacology
- Experienced working in pharmacy, preferably in a dispensing capacity is preferred but not essential
- Learning Designer experience is preferred but not essential
- Educator, trainer, or lecturer experience is preferred but not essential
- Have exceptional written skills and be able to make technical information easily understood
