- Job Description
- We’re looking for an Associate to join our Sydney studio on a 12-month fixed term contact, while one of our Leadership team is on parental leave.
- This role will suit a talented Senior Landscape Architect who’s ready to lead small-to-medium projects, guide teams, and help shape places that improve how we live, work and connect.
- This role is focused on leading high-quality landscape and urban design projects across commercial, cultural, and mixed-use precincts. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, contribute to winning work, and bring a clear design point of view backed by built experience.
You’ll play a key leadership role in our practice by
- Leading small to mid-sized project teams and initiatives—managing scope, design quality and commercial performance
- Developing client relationships, contributing to bids and proposals, and supporting business development
- Acting as a trusted professional, guiding projects from early strategy through to detailed design and delivery
- Supporting the growth of others—mentoring team members and creating development opportunities
- Qualifications
- You have 8 + years of experience in landscape architecture across a range of sectors, with strong project leadership skills and a solid understanding of both design quality and delivery.

- Communicates confidently with clients and stakeholders—adapting to their needs, building trust and delivering with impact
- Is commercially minded, keeping projects on track and helping identify future opportunities
- You’ll have experience with tools like Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM, and other 3D and documentation platforms.
