We're looking for passionate, motivated graduates from the biomedical sciences, sport & exercise science and biomedical engineering fields who are eager to make a difference in the world of medical devices. This program offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in the fast-growing field of Electrophysiology (EP). It's an exciting time to join Boston Scientific as we are introducing technologies that advance the field you will have the opportunity to work with our groundbreaking technology - FARAPULSE - Pulsed Field Ablation system which has treated atrial fibrillation (AFib) in over 500,000 patients worldwide. In your first year as an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will follow a structured training program to build deep technical expertise in Boston Scientific's technologies. You will also develop the professional skills needed for success in this hands-on, field-based role. Upon completion, you will step into the EP Clinical Specialist position — providing expert clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses and cardiac physiologists, ensuring safe and effective use while driving business success. We are accepting applications in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Sport & Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field Final-year students graduating by the end of 2025, with full-time availability from early 2026 Passionate about learning, adaptable, and willing to invest in both in-field and out-of-hours development Strong academic track record and a willingness to invest in continuous learning, including study outside of working hours. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and maintain professionalism in high-stakes hospital environments. Resilient, adaptable, and thrives under pressure.
