Hannan Accounting & Taxation Services is a growing advisory and accounting firm working with business owners, investors and property-focused clients across Australia. We are seeking a reliable and highly organized person to support the director, with email management, personal organization, client coordination and debt collections.

This is a key support role suited to someone who is structured, confident on the phone and capable of dealing with clients in a professional and respectful manner.

Key responsibilities
• Managing and triaging emails, including drafting and responding where appropriate
• Diary management, reminders and general organisation for the director
• Following up outstanding invoices and managing debt collection calls and emails
• Liaising with clients regarding documents, appointments and outstanding items
• Maintaining simple trackers for WIP, follow-ups and collections
• General administrative and client service support as required

About you
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Comfortable following up clients on payments in a polite but firm manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritise and work with minimal supervision
• Experience in an accounting or professional services firm is preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager, Karbon or similar systems is a plus but not required.
