Pepe's Italian and Liquor is set inside one of Melbourne's most iconic heritage buildings, and we're looking to add a new leader to our management team.

We are after a natural leader with a proactive mindset and a bright personality to work closely with our Venue Manager as we expand. You'll help shape the future of an already high performing, high volume venue, while building the skills and confidence that set you up for bigger venues - or even your own.

What you'll bring
- strong knowledge of food and wine

- A Diploma and 2.5 years of work experience in a large- scale venue management
- A sharp eye for hitting and exceeding KPIs
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
