• We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

• What You’ll Do
• Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, reconcile receipts in Xero, manage aged debtors
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices and payment runs, liaise with suppliers, prepare weekly schedules and reconciliations
• Month-End Support: Reconcile bank accounts and corporate cards, assist with accruals, prepayments and journals
• Process Improvement: Maintain accurate finance data, support automation and workflow improvements
• What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or similar
• 2+ years in an accounting or assistant accountant role
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel (pivots and lookups are a must) - bonus points if you bring AI prowess with you!
• Strong grasp of accounting principles
• Accuracy, attention to detail and proactive attitude

Bonus points if you have

• CA or CPA (or working towards these)
• Experience in education, SaaS, or startups
