About
A busy government department is seeking an experienced and proactive AS03 Business Support Officer to join their team on a 6-month temp contract. This role requires an immediate start.
As the Business Support Officer, you will provide crucial support to the team, with a focus on both financial and human resources activities.

- Assisting with financial activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and preparing for internal and external audits.
- Handling general administrative tasks, such as minute taking and record keeping.
- Supporting HR functions, including assisting with contracts for new starters and processing various HR forms.

To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Must have previous experience in either finance or HR
- Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
- Be self-driven and also follow instruction
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Must hold a NPC (National Police Check)
- Available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm
