- The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is
- leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by
- harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver
- innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational
- excellence and nurture long term loyalty.
- The AI Business Solutions Global Customer Success team is looking for an
- experienced Director of Delivery Lead Asia to lead our growth plan for our AI
- Business Solutions portfolio.
- This role will partner closely with the AI Business Solutions Core team across
- Global Customer Success (GCS) and in partnership with global field leaders. It
- will also work with key partner organizations including Finance, Sales,
- FastTrack and ISD to optimize the business and drive key initiatives both
- regionally and scale outbound globally.
- This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.
