We’re looking for an experienced Asana automation specialist to help us improve how we manage projects and track performance. What we need: Set up automatic reminders for task deadlines. - Audit our Asana workspace and identify automation improvements to reduce project delays. - Build automations that help measure speed, turnaround time, accountability, and win rates. - Create dashboards for editors and copywriters to track performance and output (e.g., win rates, completion time, revisions). Requirements: - Strong experience with Asana automations (native rules, Zapier, or Make). - Able to design systems that make project tracking and reporting faster and clearer. - Experience building dashboards or reports connected to/on Asana data Deliverables: - Workflow audit and improvement plan - Implemented automations and reminders - Performance dashboards - Clear documentation of all changes How to apply: Share examples of Asana automations or dashboards you’ve built and a short note on how you’d approach improving our setup.
