Are you a confident, resilient leader with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence? HCF is seeking an experienced Area Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Dental Centres (DCs), driving performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. As Area Practice Manager ( Burwood & Parramatta) , you will lead multiple Dental Centres to ensure they operate efficiently, economically, and in line with best practice standards. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Dentists in Charge to: Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews for staff Manage rosters, resources, and appointment books to meet customer demand Achieve financial and customer service KPIs Ensure compliance with WHS policies and quality standards Support staff development and coordinate training initiatives Resolve non-clinical complaints and promote member satisfaction This is a dynamic leadership role where you’ll build high-performing teams, foster a learning culture, and champion HCF’s values across your region. Lead and support Dental Centre teams to deliver outstanding service Drive operational efficiency and financial performance Promote a safe, compliant, and culturally inclusive workplace Collaborate on strategic improvements and change initiatives Celebrate team achievements and nurture a positive work environment Skills & Experience Experience managing dental operations or working as a DA, receptionist, or administrator Proven leadership and team development capabilities Strong customer service orientation Understanding of WHS and dental compliance standards Ability to work with multicultural teams and patients Experience with ISO quality systems About HCF At HCF, our purpose is to bring our human touch to healthcare.
