Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super

Art Work Reinforcement Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Draftsperson to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality drafting services within the construction and reinforcement industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation in line with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate working drawings.
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant Australian Building Codes, standards, and council requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Contribute to design development by providing technical input and practical drafting solutions.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Use CAD and other drafting software to prepare 2D and 3D models for project presentations and approvals.

About You

• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting/design software.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
