Building Dynamix Pty Ltd We are seeking a practical, detail-focused Architectural Draftsperson to produce accurate drawings and documentation for fabricated building elements, supporting projects from enquiry through to installation. You will work closely with estimators, production, and installers to ensure drawings are buildable, compliant, and aligned to site conditions. Interpret architectural information, site conditions, and relevant requirements to ensure documentation is accurate and practical for fabrication and installation. Produce working drawings and installation packs in line with internal standards, and progress drawings through review and approval stages. Revise and re-issue documentation promptly when scope, site conditions or requirements change, maintaining clear version control. Coordinate technical inputs from workshop, installers, suppliers and (where applicable) external consultants so drawings match fabrication methods and site reality. Attend site for check measures and pre-work inspections to reduce errors and support accurate set-out. Identify discrepancies early (plans vs site vs fabrication constraints), document them clearly, and implement corrective documentation actions. Provide drafting-related clarifications for variations and ordering (e.g., quantities/take-offs) where required, without the role being cost-plan or tender focused. Apply practical compliance awareness by working with relevant plans, regulations and codes of practice as they affect documentation and installation outcomes.   Job Characteristics: Autonomy: Manage specialised documentation packages end-to-end within agreed time frames.
