The professional will be responsible for developing architectural and urban planning projects, space planning, construction supervision, and ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetics in all developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and urban planning projects, from concept to execution.

• Prepare floor plans, models, sketches, and 3D renderings.

• Supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical standards, and quality requirements.

• Coordinate technical teams and suppliers during project execution.

• Conduct feasibility studies, urban impact analysis, and space planning.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.

• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning.

• Previous experience in project development and construction supervision.

• Proficiency in architecture and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio, Photoshop, among others).

• Creativity, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with clients and suppliers.
