Studio Williams is a Sydney-based architecture and design studio focused on delivering refined, contextually responsive residential and commercial projects.
As an Architect at Studio Williams, you will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept to completion. This position requires strong design sensibility and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Designing and developing building concepts in accordance with client needs and environmental factors.
• Preparing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using design software and manual drafting techniques.
• Consulting with clients and stakeholders to determine requirements and presenting design proposals for approval.
• Managing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborating with engineers, builders, and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Researching materials and construction methods suitable for sustainability and cost-efficiency.
• Liaising with local authorities to facilitate planning approvals and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant qualification.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Architect

• Strong design and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Understanding of local building codes and planning regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 – $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
