Randstad is currently seeking several experienced APS5 Records Management Officers to join a high-performing federal government team.

Responsibilities and duties
- Undertake day-to-day functions and operations of the organisation’s records management system in accordance with defined procedures
- Provide advice to team members on records management procedures and best practices
- Contribute to the regular review and update of processes, policies, and manuals
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities as required
- Implement and maintain a structured records framework in line with established classification schemes
- Support the migration of records between systems, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, and documentation as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective information and records management practices
- Assist with review, governance, and quality assurance processes as required
- Support continuous improvement of information management systems and processes
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role as required.
