• Job Description
• We are seeking motivated Apprentice Boilermakers to join our growing team in Geelong. This is your chance to learn from the best in the industry while contributing to projects that shape Australia.

As an apprentice, you will

• Gain hands-on experience constructing, repairing, and maintaining steel structures.
• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Work with modern equipment in a safe, team-focused environment.
• Receive mentoring and structured training to support your Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade.
• Be part of a company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• We are especially interested in 2nd or 3rd year apprentices who can hit the ground running, but will also consider first-year candidates who bring the right attitude, reliability, and commitment.
• Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are

• Currently undertaking or willing to undertake a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking).
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in steel fabrication.
• Strong team players with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit to perform workshop and site-based duties (medical assessment may be required).
