We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to engage with warm and cold leads, perform simple website and email flow audits using checklist tools, and book qualified meetings directly into the Managing Director’s calendar. Key Responsibilities Outbound Email Outreach ➤ Send personalized outreach emails to leads using provided templates and playbooks ➤ Track communication touchpoints inside our CRM ➤ Respond to lead replies and keep conversations moving forward Light Website & Email Flow Audits ➤ Follow a structured checklist to identify basic website or email marketing gaps ➤ Record findings clearly to support the sales conversation ➤ Prioritize leads based on audit results and business potential Calendar Scheduling & Lead Qualification ➤ Confirm interest and availability for discovery calls ➤ Secure meeting times directly in our team calendar ➤ Ensure required pre-call information is captured and logged CRM Management ➤ Maintain up-to-date lead information, activity logs, and pipeline status ➤ Follow sequence cadences and manage follow-ups daily What Success Looks Like ✅ Consistent volume of qualified meetings booked weekly ✅ High response rates from personalized outreach ✅ Accurate audit assessments to support sales team ✅ Well-maintained CRM hygiene and lead progress visibility Skills & Experience Required Excellent written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools Comfortable following structured processes/checklists Highly organized with strong time management Preferred Experience with ecommerce, Shopify, or email marketing platforms Previous roles in appointment setting, lead gen, or sales support Understanding of basic UX/CRO principles Ability to adapt messaging based on lead profiles Work Style Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Proactive in resolving blockers and improving workflows Able to represent our brand professionally and confidently
