We are seeking an efficient and motivated appointment setter to assist our gym in scheduling appointments and consultations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable communicating with potential customers in English. You will be responsible for outbound messages and follow ups, managing schedules and google calendar, and following up with leads to ensure high conversion rates. Role Overview You’ll be the first point of contact for new followers and inbound leads, using scripts and CRM tools to start conversations, reply to comments, follow up with chats, and convert interest into booked appointments. Key Responsibilities Message new followers and inbound leads on Instagram/Facebook. Reply to comments and follow up with chats/DMs. Book gym consultations and log activity in Go High Level CRM. Track KPIs: outreach, responses, bookings, show-ups. Use Facebook Business Manager for messaging. Collaborate with sales team on lead quality and feedback. What We’re Looking For 6–12 months+ experience in appointment setting / lead generation (fitness, physio, or healthcare a bonus). Strong written communication and objection handling. Experience with Go High Level CRM and Facebook Business Manager preferred. Organized, reliable, and KPI-driven. Time zone close to Ireland.
