JOB POST: Gym Factory is looking for personable, thorough appointment setters to contact prospective clients via telephone and e-mail. We work on behalf of our clients to phone up their leads and book in appointments. This means that you will be phoning on behalf of different Gyms and dealing with all sorts of different people making sure your work never gets boring! Responsibilities: ● Calling our clients' leads maximising the appointments booked. ● Determining fit between the company and prospects (qualifying) ● Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our clients. ● Following up with prospective clients and furthering the sales process. Requirements: ● Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written) ● Have a cheerful personality and be a people person. ● Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. ● Able to follow step by step instructions. ● Stable internet connection. ● Stable electricity. ● A good quality headset or microphone. ● Internet speed must be 20mbps download, 10mbps upload. ● Be able to do any of the following shifts: All Schedules are in Us Timezones 8:30am - 2:30pm 2:30pm - 8pm Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, this will be your shift slot permanently. You will be hour. You can do more hours if you are available. There are opportunities for bonuses as well but please only apply if you are happy with this rate.
