We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Booker with proven experience using Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRMs. Your role will be to manage and follow up with warm leads coming into our system, ensuring they are booked into discovery and strategy calls with our team. What you’ll do: Manage and organise warm leads inside our CRM (Go High Level). Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to qualify and book appointments. Maintain accurate notes and tracking in the CRM. Hit weekly booking and conversion targets. Communicate with our team about lead quality and pipeline status. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in appointment booking / lead generation. Strong knowledge of Go High Level (or ability to learn quickly). Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English). Organised, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and follow a process. What we offer: Hourly pay (negotiable depending on experience). Attractive commission structure per booked and completed appointment.
