We are seeking an experienced mobile app developer (iOS & Android) to design and build a feature-rich application tailored to people with chronic health conditions, their families, and allied health professionals. The app should be secure, user-friendly, and designed with person-centred care in mind. Core Features: * Health Monitoring: mood tracking, blood level logging, medication dose tracking, blood test reminders * Daily Management Tools: food diary, barcode scanner for foods, macro tracking, medication supply monitoring, water/sleep/exercise logging, shopping list * Appointments & Reminders: clinic appointment reminders, sync with phone calendar, automated/scheduled send emails to allied health teams for new prescriptions * Communication: worldwide community chat, in-app messaging/email with care team, contact list of care team, scheduled script emails * Content & Support: information sections for parents, allied health professionals, and patients (child/adolescent/parent modes) * Data Sharing: export information via email to allied health clinics, multi-device syncing (parent/child sharing) Requirements: * Proven experience developing healthcare or wellness apps with complex feature sets * Strong knowledge of secure data handling (HIPAA/Australia Privacy Act 1988 compliance) * Experience integrating APIs (barcode scanning, chat, calendar sync, notifications, email) * Clean, modern intuitive UI/UX design suitable for different age groups * Ability to deliver end-to-end development: wireframes, design, development, testing, and app store deployment Desirable: * Prior work on health apps * Telehealth or secure communication integration experience We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and reliable who can bring this concept to life while ensuring it is secure, scalable, and easy to use.
