I’m building a lean, automation-first real estate investment operation. My tech stack includes GoHighLevel (AI CRM), TextGrid (SMS), DocuSign, phone agents, n8n, Zapier, and related systems. I need a developer who can engineer efficient workflows, custom APIs, and automation scripts to eliminate manual work, reduce costs, and scale marketing + operations. Core Responsibilities • System Integration: Connect GoHighLevel, TextGrid, DocuSign, and phone systems using APIs, Zapier, or n8n. • Python Scripting: Write Python scripts to clean, deduplicate, and merge datasets (CSV/Excel), build scrapers if needed, and automate repetitive tasks. • Workflow Automation: Create reliable automations for lead intake, SMS sends (2k+/day), call routing, follow-ups, and contract management. • Data Pipelines: Build ingestion flows that take raw skip-traced lists → clean, normalized, deduplicated records → ready for upload into CRM. • AI Integrations (optional): Set up AI text/chat agents, call summaries, or automated follow-up sequences inside workflows. • Documentation: Provide SOPs (written or Loom videos) for each system built. Required Skills • Strong Python development experience (scripting + APIs). • Zapier & n8n expertise (workflow design, error handling, optimization). • GoHighLevel CRM integration knowledge. • API integrations (SMS providers, DocuSign, telephony, etc.). • Data cleaning & automation (merge, dedupe, enrich, validate). Bonus Skills • Experience in real estate CRM or marketing systems. • Knowledge of AI agents, chatbot integrations, or voice AI. Deliverables 1. A fully integrated automation stack: • GoHighLevel CRM synced with TextGrid for SMS. • DocuSign (or alt) automated for contracts. • Phone system integrated with follow-up workflows. 2. Python scripts for data cleaning, scraping, and automation. 3. Documentation (SOPs, Looms, or process maps). 4. Recommendations for cost-efficient scaling.
