As the AOD Regional Manager, you will support the State Manager to provide operational and clinical support to all AOD managers in the Northern region – including mentoring and staff development to ensure high quality services are maintained The key responsibilities of this position include: Providing management oversight of the Services, ensuring high quality service level outcomes and staff performance Implementing the National Alcohol and Other Drugs Model and associated Frameworks on a local level Managing the people and performance portfolio for Victoria This position is a member of the National AOD leadership team and will contribute to national plans frameworks and practice to ensure innovative and client centred service delivery to meet current and future needs. This is a full-time position with the work location flexible, however travel within the state will be required.
