Job location:
Head Office is in Norwest Business Park, Norwest NSW 2153. You may be required to work at client sites (multiple locations possible), while remaining a direct employee of Resource Corner.

Type of position: Permanent, ongoing

Job Description – Analyst Programmer
As an Analyst Programmer, you will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The role combines system analysis with hands-on programming, ensuring applications are designed, developed, and maintained effectively.

Detailed Job Description
Primary/Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and programming
• Strong coding skills in Java, .NET, or C#
• Experience with SQL databases, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Good understanding of system integration and API development
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Skillset Required:
• Ability to gather requirements and create technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and system enhancements
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Good to Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of scripting (UNIX/Linux shell)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Liaise with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications
• Modify existing systems to enhance efficiency and functionality
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports as required

Salary: $110k - $140k plus super
