About the role A 6 month contract opportunity currently exists within the Alumni and Supporter Experience team at the University of Sydney This entry-level role is an ideal start to a career in fundraising, alumni relations or customer experience. Your job will see you strengthening the foundations of our relationships with alumni, donors and supporters through record improvement and personal touchpoints. As such, we see the importance of recruiting talent aligned to these values and are looking for an Alumni and Supporter Records Assistant who has: An interest in developing a career in fundraising or alumni relations. Prior record keeping and/or frontline customer service experience. Ability to quickly adapt to, and learn, new technology and tools including CRM, Excel etc. Excellent communication skills and high levels of initiative to reach out to alumni and supporters.
