Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
Must have Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Must have ability to cook and present food independently
Preference will be given to all rounder with barista experience.
Must have knowledge of food safety
Experience for making menu and food costing
Must have experience for rostering the staff and admin and managing independently
Sponsorship can be provided to the right candidate.
Accommodation may be provided, on subsidised rates in a motel room on sharing basis.
