About the Role
Synergy Air Conditioning is seeking a qualified full-time Air Conditioning Technician to join
our team on the Gold Coast. This role involves assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing
industrial, commercial, and domestic air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and
equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems
- Replace defective components and record all maintenance and repair actions.
- Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance
- Check and connect equipment, ensuring alignment and accuracy of fit
- Adjusting system controls and mechanisms as required
- Communicate clearly with clients and provide top-tier customer service
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Conduct leak testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and performance testing on systems.

Qualifications and Skills

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
-Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
-Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licensing as required in Queensland
- Valid driver’s licence
