Description: This job is for an experienced freelancer who can design and implement AI-powered voice agents tailored to the hospitality industry in Australia (restaurants, cafés, hotels, venues). The role requires delivering results-driven solutions that are production-ready and backed by measurable business impact. Expectations: • Deliver solutions that are client-ready and results-focused. • Provide examples of past work with measurable outcomes (e.g., time saved, costs reduced, revenue generated). • Communicate clearly with milestone updates or weekly check-ins. • Be proactive in suggesting improvements and integrations. • I’m looking for killers who can drive results for clients — not just “good work.” • Once projects are delivered and results are finalized with clients, I’ll get back to the top performers here for more work on future client projects. Required Skills: • Hands-on experience with AI voice technologies (Twilio, Retell AI, Vapi, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.). • Strong working knowledge of n8n for workflow automation and integrations. • Experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems. • Ability to design natural, customer-friendly conversations. • API integration skills (POS systems, booking platforms, CRMs). • CRM integration experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). • A proven portfolio with numbers-driven case studies. What makes a strong application: • Clear examples of results delivered (e.g., automated X hours of work, reduced Y in monthly costs, generated Z in extra bookings). • Demonstrated experience using n8n in real projects. • Links, demos, or recordings that showcase past work. This job is project-based. More projects will follow once client outcomes are validated.
