We have a small business in Australia, with five branches. When our staff cannot answer phone calls, we would like to use an AI voice agent service to receive the calls and take messages, and then SMS and email the message to the respective branch. As the branch phone number will redirect missed calls to the AI voice agent, I assume this can tell the AI voice agent which branch the call relates to. We have setup an ElevenLabs account, created their voice agents, and we really like their voice quality, but we need help with: 1) Configuring ElevenLabs to receive missed calls from our branch phone number. 2) Configuring sending messages that the AI voice agent takes, to the respective branch phone number and email address 3) Add these details to a Google sheet: call date, time, caller name, phone number, message 4) Further optimising the process in ways you recommend Before we start redirecting calls from our branch phone numbers, we would like to test your configurations from another number.
