We are a digital agency that provides logo design and website development services. Currently, we run Meta ads to generate leads, and our leads flow into Messenger. Right now, a human team member chats with these leads, answers questions, and closes deals. We want to replace this manual process with an AI Agent that : -Engages leads instantly inside Messenger (or WhatsApp, if needed) -Qualifies them (budget, service needed: logo, website, etc.) -Provides clear answers about our services (logo packages, website offers, turnaround time, etc.) -Shares promotions and guides them through selecting a package -Closes the sale automatically or hands it over to us when needed -Connects with automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) and integrates with our CRM/payment system Ideal Candidate -We’re looking for someone with proven experience in: -Building AI agents / chatbots that can handle natural conversations (not just basic FAQs) -Setting up automation workflows (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) -Implementing RAG pipelines so the AI agent can access custom knowledge about our services & offers -Integrating Messenger API with automation tools -Experience in sales automation / AI closers is a huge plus What Success Looks Like A fully functional AI Agent that responds to leads instantly on Messenger. Handles 80–90% of conversations without human help.
