We are looking for a skilled freelancer to leverage AI technologies for analyzing completed PDF forms and creating a dashboard that visualizes the completion status of these forms. The ideal candidate should have experience working with PDF documents and developing insightful dashboards. The forms will be retrieved from an app called Goformz and include various types related to both regular and overtime work. They are used across six different sites for preventative maintenance, completed by technicians on-site. On average, there are around 30 forms submitted each month. Currently, the process of opening each form—some of which can be up to 30 pages long—and reviewing its sections to determine what needs to be scheduled is tedious. The AI dashboard we envision will streamline this process and enhance efficiency. I have attached some sample forms and a better description in a word document that is attached.
