I run an agency called 'AutoScale Agents' focused on helping SaaS companies and Small Businesses implement AI agents and automation to save time, cut costs, and drive growth. Right now, I’m looking for a few killer freelancers who can help me create case studies with measurable outcomes that I can later showcase to SaaS/SMB founders and executives. Think of this as a reverse internship: you deliver results first, and once I finalise client projects, there will be more ongoing work for you. Your job is to design and implement AI automation or AI agents that deliver portfolio-worthy results anchored to one (or more) of these outcomes: Time Saved — e.g., automate 10+ hours of repetitive work per week Cost Saved — e.g., reduce manual processes by $500+/month Revenue Gained — e.g., book 5 meetings, generate $2,500+ in pipeline/revenue What You’ll Work On: 1. Building AI agents (chatbots, workflow assistants, support bots) for SaaS use cases 2. Implementing automation workflows using tools like Dialogflow, Zapier, Make, LangChain, or similar 3. Creating clear before/after results that can be showcased as case studies 4. Documenting impact with numbers (time saved, cost reduced, money made) Inspiration / Examples: - Intercom’s AI Agent reducing Customer Support response times by 60% - Drift’s AI Chatbot boosting pipeline by 25% - Zapier automations saving 100+ hours annually Who I’m Looking For: 1. Freelancers who don’t just “do tasks” but can drive measurable results 2. People who think in terms of impact and ROI 3. Builders who are hungry to create portfolio-worthy examples that can later be shown to real SaaS clients Relevant Skills: - AI Automation - Chatbot Development (Dialogflow, LangChain, Rasa, etc.) - Workflow Automation (Zapier, Make, API Integrations) - SaaS Tools & Integrations - Data Tracking & Reporting Screening Question: Please share one past project where you implemented AI automation or an AI agent. Be specific about the outcome — how much time was saved, how much cost was reduced, or how much revenue was generated. Include actual numbers (e.g., hours saved, $ saved, or $ earned). Note: This is not a long-term retainer role (yet). I want to collect strong case studies first.
