We are and automation agency seeking an experienced n8n automation builder with strong HubSpot expertise to support a 60-day automation roadmap. You will work alongside a strategist and RevOps team to design, implement, and document key automations. Responsibilities: - Design and implement workflows in n8n, connected with HubSpot CRM and supporting tools - Build lead enrichment, routing, and handoff automation logic - Implement HubSpot pipeline automations (tasks, lifecycle stage updates, contact/lead enrichment) - Support AI enrichment logic (API integrations, scraping pipelines, Clearbit/other enrichment) -Maintain clean documentation and communicate progress clearly - Participate in weekly check-ins with the project lead (async updates accepted if timezone clash) Requirements: - Proven experience with n8n (API integrations, iterators, error handling, webhook triggers, etc.) - Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM automation - Experience building lead routing, enrichment, and SDR support flows - Familiarity with Slack/Google integrations a plus Strong problem-solving mindset, able to work in iterative, strategic build cycles Comfortable collaborating under structured project management Engagement Details: Duration: Initial 60 days (hourly based, with possible extension) Hours: 20-30 hrs/month
