Job Title: Aged/Personal Care Worker
Location: Parafield Gardens, Yankalilla, Goolwa & Port Augusta facilities
Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary Range: $69,000 - $75,000 per annum + Superannuation

Edenfield Family Care has their main office in Parafield Gardens but are looking for a Carer for their Port Augusta, Yankalilla, Goolwa and Parafield Gardens facilities.
All applicants must have valid Australian visa with work rights if you are on temporary visas and must hold National police clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal assistance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medication and monitor the health of residents under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Support residents in participating in social and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, following health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working in an aged care setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and caring nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of aged care standards and the importance of dignity and respect in care provision.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
