Your Role:
As a Guardian Carer, you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of the people we support. Each day is an opportunity to bring joy and confidence to our clients as you provide:

- Personal care and assistance with daily activities

- Household support like meal prep, cleaning, and keeping things organised

- Social support and companionship – we want our clients to feel like they’re part of a community!

- Transporting clients to appointments and outings, bringing them closer to their goals and dreams

- Implementing individualised care plans, always with respect and dignity

- We’re looking for Zuperstars who are ready to make every day special!

What You’ll Need to Shine as a Guardian

- Experience in disability or aged care (preferred, but if you’re new, we’ll provide training)

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar qualifications

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- First Aid & CPR Certification

- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

- Proof of working rights - Passport or visa

Previous experience working with support and care, will be highly regarded
