We're currently seeking a highly organised and responsive Scheduler to join our remote team. Who We’re Looking For: A detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience managing aged care rosters in the Australian healthcare system. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling shifts, especially when we need quick action to fill last-minute cancellations or vacant shifts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update staff rosters and shift schedules Respond immediately to urgent scheduling needs and cancellations Coordinate with carers, nurses, and facility managers Maintain accurate records of shift coverage Communicate professionally and efficiently at all times You Must Have: Experience in Australian aged care shift scheduling Familiarity with personal carers (PCWs) and registered nurse (RN) roles Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to work during Australian time zones Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Fast response times – you must be quick to act!
