I am seeking an experienced professional to help improve and finalise a large Aged Care application for submission in Australia. The application is mostly complete, with approximately 20 documents already prepared. However, the current quality of responses is not at the standard required for approval (around a 4/10). I need someone who can: Review, refine, and rewrite existing answers to ensure they meet a high professional standard. Strengthen the content so that it clearly demonstrates compliance, care quality, and alignment with government requirements. Ensure the application reads smoothly, is well-structured, and conveys professionalism and attention to detail. Bring experience in either: Australian government contracts/tenders, or Aged Care applications and compliance requirements. Ideal candidate: Has prior experience preparing successful applications in Aged Care or government-regulated sectors in Australia. Strong writing, editing, and compliance-focused skills. Able to take existing draft responses and lift them to an approval-ready standard. Attention to detail and understanding of what government assessors look for. This is a critical project and I am looking for someone who can work efficiently while maintaining quality.
