We are expanding our team and looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional Aged and Disabled Carers to join us in providing outstanding support to our clients.

About the Role

As an Aged and Disabled Carer, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of clients by assisting them with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation. You will be part of a supportive, multicultural team that values respect, empathy and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care support including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using hoists and other equipment when needed.
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs.
- Offer domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Facilitate community access and social engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on client wellbeing, ensuring care is delivered safely and respectfully.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with NDIS requirements.

 
What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, or community support (preferred).
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- National Police Clearance
