Human Resources Work alongside one of Brisbane’s largest internal talent functions, based at our St Lucia campus 2 x full time, fixed-term opportunities until 5 June 2026, while our team are growing their career on secondment opportunities Base salary will be in the range $93K - $100K + 17% super (HEW Level 6) About This Opportunity We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our central HR team. In this role, you'll partner directly with hiring managers, providing expert advice and hands-on support to attract and secure top talent. You'll navigate UQ’s recruitment policies and processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in a world-class university. About You You’re a confident recruiter with experience in delivering end-to-end talent acquisition services, ideally in a large, complex environment. And while you're comfortable working autonomously, you're a true team player who’s always ready to lend a hand.
