- About the Opportunity
- We are seeking an Advisor, Economic Dignity to join our Communities Division, playing a key role in advancing our Economic Dignity strategy and driving initiatives that tackle entrenched social challenges. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects that strengthen families and communities, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Reporting to the Director, Economic Dignity & Family Supports, you will
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Economic Dignity strategy in Australia.
- Undertake research and analysis, including landscape scans, resource mapping, and action research, to inform program design and delivery.
- Partner with the Partnerships team to identify, build, and manage relationships with stakeholders that enhance program effectiveness and maximise impact.
- Coordinate workstreams and contribute to the delivery of key Economic Dignity projects.
- Collaborate across the Communities Focus Area to support broader strategies and initiatives.
- Qualifications
- About You
You are motivated by purpose, with a strong commitment to addressing complex social issues and improving outcomes for families and children. You will bring
- At least 3 years’ experience in project development, delivery, or analysis in the social impact or related field.
- A proven ability to deliver outcomes and generate impact through evidence-based approaches.
- A collaborative, values-driven approach, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to convey compelling messages across a wide range of audiences.
- Analytical and strategic capability to assess challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend pathways supported by data and insights.
