Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Specialist to join our Paid Media Strategy Team. As a self-starter with a strong passion for all things digital, particularly e-commerce, you will take charge in developing and executing effective SEM and Paid Social marketing strategies. In addition to building strong client relationships, you will also demonstrate a proactive attitude in continuously improving your own skills and supporting your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors to deliver campaigns that meet agreed KPIs.
• Work closely with individual Digital Strategists to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend new content opportunities that drive further business growth.
• Lead the development and execution of each client’s overall creative strategy across campaigns.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify customer needs, pain points, and motivations, and translate insights into effective Facebook targeting strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns using Ads Manager.
• Plan and execute ongoing A/B tests (creative, copy, audiences, placements, and offers) to improve long-term performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and apply data-driven optimisations to improve results across client accounts.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns, identify root causes, and provide clear recommendations to improve outcomes; scale successful campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Assist with developing tailored ad copy aligned to campaign strategy and messaging at each stage of the funnel.
• Write and adapt advertising copy for multiple digital platforms, with an initial emphasis on Facebook/Meta advertising.
• Stay current with Meta ad products, platform updates, and advertising policies to ensure best practice and compliance.
• Project manage additional creative assets as required (e.g., productions, creative briefs, landing pages, and supporting collateral).
• Support the creation of video assets for case studies based on client campaigns, tests, and account results.
To succeed in the role you will have:
• 2+ years’ experience working within paid media
• Experience with Google ad platforms and analytics, Facebook ad manager and other campaign analytic tools
• Stakeholder and effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency with data; analysing, formatting and presenting work across multiple programs.

Salary • $70,000 – $85,000 per year
