• Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face inquiries, managing field service requests and resolving general queries.

• Operational Support: Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, sporting grounds, and parks, including managing key collection and catering.

• Workflow Coordination: Process asset protection permits, schedule site inspections, and utilize corporate databases to issue work orders to field teams.

• Administrative Excellence: Prepare professional correspondence, record meeting minutes, and assist with large-scale mail-outs.

• Financial & Resource Tasks: Manage payroll data entry, purchase office supplies, and verify invoices against orders.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain accurate records for risk and cost control while ensuring all administrative procedures align with OH&S standards.

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

• Qualifications: A Certificate III or IV in Office Administration (or equivalent).

• Experience: Proven experience in a broad administrative role, ideally within an engineering or field-services environment.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience with corporate databases (e.g., Objective or Proclaim).

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to gain cooperation from a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Organization: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks at least one week in advance to meet tight deadlines.

• License: A current valid Driver's License.
