Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team at Modern RE. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and help streamline our operations across property management, client communication, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage and organize the team’s inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. - Draft, review, and assist with contracts and other property-related documentation. - Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring all client and property information is accurate and current. - Support property campaigns, including preparation of marketing materials and coordination of communications. - Provide general administrative support to the Modern RE team as needed. Key Skills & Attributes: - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Experience with CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
