- Join us as the Administration Manager for our operations in Geraldton and become the pivotal link between strategy and day-to-day delivery.

A Day in the Life
- You'll lead by example, empowering your team to excel.
- You'll review existing workflows, spot opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that make everyone's lives easier. This includes everything from developing new templates to coordinating operational projects.
- You'll also work closely with our operational managers, acting as a key partner and supporting them with critical administrative functions like Contractor Management and procurement.
- About you?
- Prior experience in a senior administration or office management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment like logistics or industrial operations.
- A knack for leading small teams and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong project coordination skills, even without a formal qualification.
- Excellent communication and a talent for building collaborative relationships.
- Experience with administrative software, such as Definitiv, Xero, Litmos, or MEX
- Bring a positive, proactive attitude. You're a natural problem-solver who takes initiative and ensures tasks and projects get done.
