About the role
As an Administration Officer within the Department of Nuclear Medicine, you will be the first point of contact for patients and key stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of a busy and vital clinical service. Your role is central to maintaining the high standards of SA Medical Imaging by delivering timely, efficient and compassionate administrative support across appointment coordination, patient billing, data entry, and general clerical responsibilities.
Working across Lyell McEwin Hospital (LMH) and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH), you will collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team of technologists, nurses and doctors to contribute to patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. About You
You will be a motivated and capable administrator with excellent communication and multitasking skills, ready to support critical medical imaging services. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and your commitment to quality service delivery will set you apart.
Experience in administrative or reception duties, ideally in a healthcare setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office and hospital computer systems; confident handling confidential information
Demonstrated organisational skills, initiative, and adaptability in a team-based, fast-paced environment
Subject to vaccination and clearance requirements, including Working With Children Check and Police Clearances
