Are you a highly organized and experienced administrator with a knack for seamless coordination? A prominent State Government Department is seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support. About the Role:
This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) position. You will be instrumental in supporting key departmental functions, working closely with senior leadership and committees.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Hub: Masterfully manage and coordinate multiple email accounts, ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow.
Committee Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for the Chair and/or committee, coordinating documentation, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
System Savvy: Confidently upload and manage critical information within internal systems.
Data Excellence: Utilize your advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage data, create reports, and support various analytical tasks.
About You:
You are a highly capable and adaptable professional with:
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication skills in all areas are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a high-level administrative role within government departments and/or the health sector is a must.
Tech Proficiency: A strong aptitude for learning and utilizing various software applications.
Objective Experience (Desirable): Prior experience with Objective document management systems will be highly regarded.
Clearance Ready: Ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory police clearance.
