We are looking for a reliable, eagle-eyed Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a high-volume role that requires a steady hand, a sharp mind, and a friendly professional demeanor.
The Role
In this position, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You aren’t just "entering data"—you are ensuring the integrity of our records and keeping the office flowing smoothly.
Your daily impact will include:
High-Volume Data Entry: Processing large amounts of information with speed and precision. (You’ll need the ability to read small print comfortably!)
Communications: Being the first point of contact on the phones, directing calls with a professional flair, and managing the general inbox.
Document Management: Scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical records.
Logistics: Handling mail collection and daily drop-offs at the local post office.
Who You Are
Precision-Driven: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality. Your attention to detail is your superpower.
Adaptable: You can pivot from focused data entry to answering a phone call without losing your place.
Dependable: You enjoy a consistent schedule and can commit to 38 hours per week (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scanning hardware and standard email platforms.
Mobile: A valid driver’s license (or reliable means) to handle the daily post office runs.
